ip uhh i think you're going a little too far into murphy's law here
what adin's saying makes sense. someone who intends to steal and take credit for a build is more than likely to be someone that is constructively inept and looking to be recognised as a good builder, without the effort that's involved with actually improving their work.
more often than not this tends to be young children and otherwise people who likely do not have the knowledge and patience required to sift through a text file of an entire build (which is likely to be very complex).
someone who has the patience and know-how to remove certain bricks from a build using notepad, let alone console likely doesn't have a direct need to steal credit for the build. on the off chance that someone like this does steal credit, it's extremely probable they have an ulterior motive related to the original creator(s) of the build, which is comparatively extremely rare.
that being said, there is a possibility for there to be a person that is able to build well (optional) and edit .bls files in notepad with the intention of stealing the credit for it. this is not impossible, but it's exceedingly rare, and the idea to (not) act primarily based on this being possible should be taken with a grain of salt.
