mr. will smith: Terrible and abusive host

I joined a prison RP hosted by mr. will smith. When I joined, he was speaking in all caps and everyone in the server seemed as if they were just bought Blockland.
When I spawned I saw a very spammy prison, which didn't even look like a prison in the first place. (I would provide screenshots but I didn't think of that, sorry) And he didn't even have any add ons which made me think he was new to blockland. After a while I joined the mini game (which was supposedly the prison rp) which was named something like "MILLITARY". When I joined it, there were only like 2 guards and 3 prisoners. After a while, some of the prison guards shot me and killed me because I was supposed to be in a cell, which no one said to. They also shot other people who were probably clueless on what to do.
Then, mr.will smith said that if you weren't in the mini game he would ban you.      
 I then called him abusive (I also called the guards abusive because they shot everyone in sight), and he banned me.
Based on my experience when joining this server, mr. will smith is probably new to Blockland and does not know how to host a proper server. I warn anyone who joins any server he hosts:
He is an abusive host, and you will probably be banned if you criticize him. Do not join his server. If you are not convinced that he is an abusive host, join his server and tell something about his server that is bad. He will most likely ban you.

1. It's a prison rp. You're gonna kill people and get killed.
2. He clearly told the person to get in the minigame or he would ban them. That's probably because no Slayer or things like that. (?)
3. I'd get angry if you said I was abusive too.

I joined his army rp, and his ban reason was BRONY! Which was stupid, he said that it was a funny reason. Being a brony I kinda got offended.
