Author Topic: Best free video editing program?  (Read 776 times)

I'm wondering what the best (free) video editor is. I'm broke right now so I can't get stuff like After Affects and other expensive stuff.

Discuss, please.

please no:
- windows movie maker
- youtube editor

I would just stick with WMM or any Mac alternative. The only other thing I could suggest would be getting a trial for Vegas, AA, or anything else.

windows movie maker and youtube editor

im trying a trial of adobe premiere pro cc
is it any good

i honestly can not even think of a free video editor that isn't windows movie maker

bandicam????
I mean the trial is alright, it lets you record up to 10 mins but it has that stuff watermark iirc

bandicam????
that's a recorder, not an editor, and it's not free either

openshot and kdenlive for linux are some but aren't on windows

Lightworks if you don't mind the stupidly insane learning curve.

you can download the free trial version of sony vegas and then use a trick to extend the demo over and over by changing your computer's time and date settings

the price of adobe products almost makes it more viable to steal em rather then buy em

i think they have a subscription fee now tho
