I'd at least like to be able to view the titles of the threads in the fail bin.
Obviously not be able to view the threads themselves.

That would be cool.
It'd be nice if someone with access to it showed us a screenshot, like Wedge did of some of the hidden boards that time. :)

taken down by who? It'd be PR Self Delete but, to be totally honest, sticking a "you must be 18" warning would be enough to deter legal action from anyone. I wouldn't be surprised if stuff in the failbin just got deleted rather than saved somewhere, though, and there's nothing really of value in there anyway.
