The US proposes a coalition of continental American nations, wrapped around the concepts of economic and political stability, coupled with advancing the existing interests of all member nations.
It is also a mutual defense treaty, and will respond to the threat of civilians being notably endangered, loss of territory, and/or declarations of war against member nations.
Honduras, Nicaragua, Texas, Colombia, Brazil, Ecuador, and Chile are invited.
It is coined the NSAA - the North/South American Alliance.
