Austria denounces Russia for being a copy cat
In response to the worker riots the Austrian regime felt vulnerable internally from the various minorities. To alleviate this problem Hungarians have been given slightly more mobility in the real. Hungarian citizens now have equal status with the Austrians as well as representation in the empire.
