i like this idea :)

Well, personally I don't have an issue with it. Fine by me.

My god this forum hasn't changed
Why so much arguing and whining
So silly

Even if he doesn't make it onto the bills, he should definitely be on war bonds holy stuff.
Oh this would be perfect

I have a different perspective. Perhaps this could be less of an issue on fairness or historical achievement scale, but instead starting a trend of lesser-known figures getting the spotlight. Education is important, and future generations should know that history in America isn't sour cream. Regular rotation could be a very good idea, and I support this decision.

come on, ANDREW JACKSON IS BETTER

i say we put RANDY jackson on the $20 instead

Americans did not choose Harriet Tubman to be on the $20 bill.

First of all, the poll that this conclusion was derived from didn't even offer an option for "retain Andrew Jackson." The poll literally only asked which female would be preferred.

Second of all, the study is already bunk at the start because it's an elective survey. People already know what the topic is when they decide whether or not to take it. This means that people who don't really care are likely to just close the window, and the results will just be people who have strong opinions on it. This skews the results because only outliers are in the results.

So, the conclusion should be as follows: Participants in the Women on 20s Survey Prefer Harriet Tubman Over Other Females to Put on the $20 Bill.

Americans? I'm an American and I didn't choose Harriet Tubman to be on the $20 bill.

Hence why I never included "all Americans".

what you guys are forgetting is that it should absolutely happen

Also if Patton dollars wont be a thing, I demand chief Two Moons because the Natives are an often overlooked minority and they were the original settlers of this continent. Also it would be justice for the trail of tears caused by Jackson.

genocide
it wasn't even a genocide he just moved people
yeah people died but it wasn't necessarily his fault
it was a richard move but still

Damn, so many good options...

Stop being so reasonable, damnit.

Whether genocide was intentional or not, it still happened.  Plus, Jackson was very anti-Native American on the basis of race alone anyways.
