This is Meta_KnightX's Speedkart, one of the best servers out there. It is hosted on BlockNet Server Hosting and because of this it is unaffected in huge DDoS and DoS attacks. Here is a photo. Meta_KnightX is a very nice host!

it's just a long download time for a server that doesn't need much

You said his build was bad and can't even back that statement up with your own building skills. That's pretty silly.
