but please, continue making baseless assumptions about a country of people
So? Indians were considered Aryan and Muslims and Jews have had a running animosity between their extreme elements for more than a millenia, making them a convenient recruitment base. Just because the national socialist's had some foreign troops doesn't mean they aren't tribal.

Note, we're talking about national socialists, not the entire country of people (though a majority of the country adhered to or went along with the national socialist ideology for a loooong time). I don't know how many more times I'll have to repeat this.

Finally, I've posted sources explaining that national socialist ideology was both a) extremely tribal and b) thoroughly entrenched in the highest echelons of the Wehrmact. You've cited literally no concise, sensical, or relevant sources to the contrary.

whoops double post.

Also many countries sided with the Axis besides Japan and Italy.
Hungary
Romania
Bulgaria
Finland
Saipan
India
Croatia

Romanians, Hungarians, and Bulgarians were used to round up Gypsies and Jews for the death camps as well as to bolster the eastern front. Finland only joined the Axis because the USSR wanted to expand. Japan massacred most of mainland Asia, they still deny their war crime to this day. It's pretty unfair to say that every one who fought for these countries is a war criminal.

Bad stuff happened on both sides, it happened and the world still spins.

this is something that really gets to me too

a week ago i asked why we didn't talk too much about the second sino japanese war and how they killed off a lot in occupied china and everybody just looked at me and went "huh?????" (even the teacher at first)

also though my history class focused a ton on the holocaust in germany, they never mentioned romania, hungary or even bulgaria

never really got why they only focus on how one country is the bad guy in all of this and does all these bad things while there's a lot of other countries doing bad things.

How come we only talk about the jews? All the other victims of the holocaust are just lucky enough to be a foot note. All the battles? Not mentioned.

School version of WW2 was literally: This Riddler, some German guy who hated everyone and wanted to talk over the world for some reason. Apparently he hated jews and sent them to death camps called Auschwitz. He also killed this girl named Anne Frank and this guy wrote a book called Night. Also we someone how defeated the national socialists and 6 million Jews died. Also he Apparently had the help of Japan and Italy. We dropped a nuke on Japan, it was pretty bad.

What about the Gypsies, or the Africans living in Europe, the rape of Nanking, they barely get mentioned. Yet we spend so much time talking about the poor jews that things like the Eastern Front, the African Theater, the battles, and technology are all brushed aside as a mere footnote.
