Author Topic: Receiving tax sucks absolute ass  (Read 1846 times)

I bought these custom made shoes a while ago, which we're quite expensive. Incl. shipping I paid 103 EUR for them.
After a month of being made they finally got shipped, only to get held up at customs for another week.
Today the delivery guy was at my door with them and demanded 30EUR extra because the girl I commissioned it from didn't include my country's handicapped receiving tax.
Instead of going buckwild on the girl I assumed she didn't know and informed her that I'll let it slide as long as she doesn't screw over other non-US customers.

What a loving miss, for the price I have to pay for the shoes now I could've gotten her to make custom painted shoes on Vans instead of what I've got now. Let alone 30 EUR is a lot for me since I no longer have a job unlike when I bought the shoes.

hmm loving da 21% tax

Well what did you expect, you got expensive shoes custom loving made lmao
