I have 2 exams on Tuesday, and then I've finished my first year.
I don't head home until the week after, on the weekend.
So, technically I finish in 4 days time, but I don't get home until 2 weeks time.
I'm looking forward to this summer a fair amount.
I'm going with my family to the Isle of Wight where we'll be staying for about a week and touring places and whatnot. That should be good, but might be a bit awkward because my younger brother and his girlfriend are coming too, and my brother is a complete arsehole on any sort of holiday/trip anyway because he never wants to do anything, but with his girlfriend he's a complete pushover, but at the same time has to spend like every second with her because both of them are unbelievably clingy.
In other news though, I'm planning to purchase a fancy electronic telescope, one which can direct itself to look at things for you, provided you enter the co-ordinates. So I will be looking forward to getting good use out of that.
Hopefully take it up onto the moors on a clear night and get some great views. I also got a really nice laser pen which you follow the beam as it points into the sky for at least a kilometre.
Also, my dad has two guitars now (one right-handed, one left-handed) as well as a book and Rocksmith to teach himself, so I think I might try my hand at learning to play.
And I will be playing Witcher 3, Destiny, GTA V, and TES:Online on Xbox One when I get home, and when they first and last one come out.
And finally I hope to spend some time with some friends, both in person and online, as I've not had much chance to over the last 6 months.
I'm actually dreading the Summer ending, because to be honest, I've not really enjoyed University all that much.
I'll keep doing it, because the ends will certainly justify the means.
And I'll make better decisions next year to make it all more bearable. But this year has been a drain, and in some ways, a struggle.
