I've had that problem when I put bots down while the bedroom was there, but not for blocko city, in fact I ran a fairly fast server with it once. You didn't happen to have bots in your save for it did you?

no, it just lags insanely, and i saw bricks clipping through the wall

This happened to me too, I tried to build something kinda big and the game started to lag.
I would recommend loading Blocko City first, and then loading the bedroom.

the staticshape bedroom is forgetin laggy and unoptimized, you should expect lag
