don't use mediafire, it has popups and really intrusive ads
also it loads slow as balls

so just don't

Here, this'll fix it:

well, instead of clicking the download button to an add on or something, i just left click and select open and it downloads without any weird ad stuff showing up
also when you do this it downloads automatically.

i don't use internet explorer
also i don't plan on using mediafire for making download links to anything i'll make for as long as i live because the person who made that godforbidden website clearly isn'y human for at least a while, or until i figure out how this stuff works
also on a side note i plan on using mega instead

I was asking about IE because you said it asked you to open after you download and IE does that

Firefox might too though

Anyway don't use Media fire because about a year ago they started being richards about ads; Dropbox, Drive, and Box are all good alternatives. Mega is cool but the download thing spooks the hell out of me o.o

Will this work too?

mega does work but i just need to know how to make a download link for something, in this case, i'm making a face pack and i would like to know how to make a download link.

You right-click the item and press Get link.

i suggest using hostr. very simple, no bullstuff hosting
