Chrome/Internet Explore Help

Well a long time ago I was using internet explorer then I heard about google chrome and it looked better so I've been using it since BUT I absolutely hate google chromes download toolbar thingy as seen here

So I love the Internet Explorer toolbar


So im wondering if there's a google chrome theme that will be like Internet Explorers theme

Idk its like really hard to use it i like the Internet explorer toolbar

Go to settings
Scroll to the bottom
Click "show advanced settings..." at the very bottom
Go to Downloads
Make sure "Ask to save each file before downloading" has a check mark next to it.
