Boodal's Hatmod - Give all hats to myself

On my server, I'm trying to make it so with the hatmod, none of the players except for me have hats unless I grant them hats. However, I can't give hats to myself. I try to give one to myself, and it says "You cant give yourself a hat!" How do I grant myself all the hats without giving other players all of them?
