Pretty redundant to say that using autism as an insult is distasteful, when insults are supposed to be distateful.

How is calling someone a richard/rooster/prick, or twat/pusillanimous individual/cunt, or arse/arsehole, or turd/stuff/piss any less distateful? I'm literally calling someone a genital or excrement. That's surely more distatesful than saying someone has a (usually) mild social/communication disorder.
