Map Makeing and Profile Help Needed

1.I want to make my profile be a .gif file, I made a 75x75 gif file, and it didn't work.

2. I am making a map, I want people to be able to download it, and I need to know where I would post the download, and how to be able to make it downloadable.

It has to be under a certain file size. How much data is the image you are trying to upload?

1. Go to additional options while posting, and click "choose file"
2. Upload the .bls file from your saves folder.

No, the file size. As in kilobytes or whatever.
