Petition for Badspot to wear a Tophat and Monocole

On On May 07, 2010, Badspot claimed that he would wear a tophat and monocle when we reached 6 digit ids. The time is long past overdue and I believe it's time to get Badspot to take a picture of himself with the tophat and monocle on.

Why ask now? In light of Thorfin25's death, I took a peek at his profile. In his signature, he had Badspot's quote of the tophat and monocle.

What better way to honor Thorfin25 and celebrate the many years Blockland has been alive than get Badspot to wear a tophat and monocle? he should be able to buy it after we've given him millions
