Well now that you see the problem can make changes here.
When you make a comment or a statement, try putting a little thought into them. Ask yourself things like "What message am I trying to communicate here?", "Why am I making this statement?", "how might be react to this statement?", those sort of things basically. Just try to be more and more self conscious about what you say and how it affects the world around you.
