The women was drunk, and fighting the police. The cops were doing their job, and they tried to restrain her somehow. They did not break her face intentionally, it's a pity that it happened.

also on facebook I saw a cop break some kid's arm on purpose

It wasn't that it was on purpose, but the police were probably too rough on her and they weren't responsible.

Or they could have broken her face for the giggles.

It looks to me that the woman was being uncooperative and resisting arrest. At the same time, the cops appear to have been too rough. I don't think I'll defend either party.

yep anytime im in town and see a cop on break getting coffee, i'll make sure i stick my iphone camera in his face, make sure he doesn't physically or verbally abuse the coffee machine (because that's CORRUPT) and yell "ARE YOU DETAINING ME?!?!?!" the moment HE questions MY RIGHTS
