I don't find them gross, but I don't find them loveually appealing. Not even if they're used in loveual acts.
And you can get some really ugly feet.
There are some very disgusting diseases out there for feet.

I don't find feet attractive either, but it's not to say that it is unsafe to partake in foot-special interest related love. The chances of getting a disease from doing a foot-related loveual act are extremely slim, in comparison to vaginal or brown town love. If anything, you can get some pretty nasty diseases from those loveual acts.

I wasn't implying foot-based STD's.

Just general foot diseases.
Athlete's foot, Veruccas, Bunions, Dry skin, Corns, Blisters, Calluses, ingrown toenails, Fungal nail infections, Chillblains, etc...
And pretty much all of them make feet very ugly.

There was this foot special interest guy back on an mmo i used to play and apparently sometimes he would accept photos of your feet as payment for ingame trades with him
