f.lux for iOS, Windows, Linux, and Mac.
It helps save your circadian rhythm from being forgeted over by blue light emitted from screens. The screen gets a warm hue during sundown and goes back to normal during daytime.

There is also an android app - Twlight - that does the same thing. Look for it on Google Play.

Another major one is Llama for androids and also Sleep for Android.
