Author Topic: Good morning erryone  (Read 1785 times)

After like 6 weeks of sleeping at 4-6am and waking from 3-6pm I managed to flip my sleep routine back to normal.

Spent last saturday awake for about 22 hours, before sleeping for until around 6am, then slept on sunday night at around 11pm, woke up at 8am.
Was so tired on Monday that I fell asleep at about 8pm, and I missed Game of Thrones. Woke up at 6 the following day.
And since then I've been getting to sleep around 10-12pm and waking around 6-8am.

I can't ever fix my sleep schedule, it'll just forget up on its own because if I go to sleep at a normal time like 11pm or 12am I'll just wake up 4 or 5 hours later in the morning and be tired when I come home from school, so I decide to just roll with it and sleep at my bodies preferred schedule which is 4pm till 12am, then I'm up until school

I really wish school started at 6am and ended at like 12pm

I love this. I hope you all have a wonderful day too

I had the same pattern back in the Autumn/Winter too, and I'm pretty sure I spent at least a couple of weeks without seeing the sun.
Dunno what my intake of vitamin D was like, but it can't have been too good.

Good night erryone

I'm gonna take Ravencroft's blessing and sell it on eBay if it doesn't work.

i hope my check comes in the mail today whether the day is good depends solely on that
edit: it didn't get here but my transcript from school did
