Have you tried getting out of the kart and stepping on it? Just wondering. Because they don't work when you drive the kart over them.

onPlayerTouch -> Self -> disappear -> -1
onPlayerTouch -> MiniGame -> setCameraBrick -> Camera -. CameraTarget
onMiniGameReset -> Self -> disappear -> 0

What you are missing is onPlayerTouch -> Client -> winRace
