To change the color is in a format like this [Ex: <color:ffffff>] The "ffffff" part is white in hexcode. The wibsite
http://www.color-hex.com/ is very usefule for finding colors in hexcode form. You may search colors with the search engine like black or purple.
Otherwise, to break down font is formated like this <font:[font name]:[font size]>
I don't know all the font names but there is like "bold" "ariel_bold" "ariel"
Also, some font sizes don't work, like "10" I know font size "30" does
