I have OBS currently... lags my game though.

OBS is pretty much your only choice. Fraps and Bandicam show a water mark at the top. Fraps records up to 30 seconds while Bandicam records up to 10 minutes.

If you have a Nvidia GPU, you can use ShadowPlay, which should be much faster, assuming you have a decent GPU. Otherwise, FFsplit is another OBS like program.
