How To Disable Admin-only Duplicator?

Hello,
I just downloaded the Duplicator Tool addon and it's awesome building tool for me, there has been no bugs or anything. But I encountered a problem. I was using it on my server and nobody except the admins could use the tool. This upset me and other people on my server, and nobody could tell me how to disable it on the server. After researching online i realized there was a defaulted preference that made it so nobody except admins could use the tool. could you please tell me how to disable this.

you need to use a version of RTB with server prefs, such as this one:

you can get to the options by going to the admin menu, clicking server settings, clicking on the preferences tab, and it'll be one of the options under duplicator.
