I was thinking about changing up my excersise

I do 5km biking daily unless I happen to be working that night, which I then use the olyptical to compensate, along with that some running and stretches on occasion

I've begun to work in some core excersises like planking but I'm looking for other stuff to try. (Yes I have googled it, thought I'd see if theyre are any fitness guys on the forums that have some tips.)

Wake up at 6
Run an hour
Go back to sleep

cardio exercises

Cardio, light weight but high rep stuff.

All I ever do really is ponder whether I'm flexible enough to put my foot on a doorknob. Usually I am, so therefore I don't need to exercise.

fap then internet
repeat

Do some stretches (jumping jacks, etc)
Run for about 20 minutes
Lift 20lb and 10lbs dumbells on each arm 20 times.
Rest of the day off. That's what I do

All you need to do is fap. My left arm hasn't been stronger with my excersizes.

I do 100 push-ups (4 sets of 25)
Then 25-50 (depends) serpentine push-ups
Then 75 bicycle crunches
Then 100 elevated reverse push-ups
Occasionally some planks as well.
For cardio, I run up a ski slope near my house or go on hikes.
