Can someone teach me how to port forward on verison FIOS

i know how to port forward but FiOS makes it so complicated.
i see the tutorials but it they use an older verison of the config menu. i need a little help.
anybody with FiOS care to help?

video games, blockland. i can do it but FiOS made it hard for me to understand
