how much millions...

2 million isnt enough to retire young with. shouldn't even quit your job with 2m.
10 million you can live easy but still have to be careful.
20+ you can be handicapped carefree

exactly, it baffles me that people think they should donate their money. sure it seems like the right thing to do, but do you know how many multi billionaires donate on a regular basis? use your money to buy businesses or start one, to have some kind of income, then you can donate when you get rich to the point where you are always making what you started out with.

Okay, that would probably break my neck. What I would really do was what I usually do when I get money: save 2/3rds and spend the rest. That 2/3rds may come in handy some day, so its best not to go on a complete binge in my opinion.

What I'd spend it on? Probably Magic the Gathering cards, a nice gaming computer, and tons of games/media creation software.

no kidding lol. a million isnt as much as you thought the moment you take your life up a notch because of it.
the best decision to make when getting stuffloads of unearned money, is to not improve your class. then you ACTUALLY will have a lot of money.

The thing with money is that unless you absolutely know you'll always have it flowing in you should not try to upgrade your class. You'll lose your cash fast.

put it in a bank and live off the interest instead of getting a job
Sounds like a good idea, but how much would you be earning a month?

bank savings accounts are prob the worst place to keep money lol.
interest is a loving joke as well, you need ridiculous amounts of base money to just make a measly monthly(or yearly) living cost from it.
interest barely even keeps up with inflation anyways

Aw, I knew it was too good to be true lol

there are plenty of investment types that earn monthly for you.
there is no purpose in having money if its not invested or being spent. saving is silly in this day and age.

bisjac is the one person on here i'd trust with financial advice

Is real estate a good investment?

30 years ago yeah. right now its one of the worst things to have. technically its not even an "investment" anymore. its just a product you buy as is.
unless you rent out for profit or something, but thats a whole different game.

use it to bribe badspot to make adventure mode
