He got rekt for too much Eliptats and Kalph OTP tomfoolery and then was never seen again.
But on a serious note yeah there was a lot of things adding up and iirc the nail in the coffin was some drama involving him and Ephi and he was sent packing.

I'm not too sure, but I think he was the one who spammed the master server with his servers and added a "virus" that would delete everything in the Blockland folder into Slayer.

He was still here when I started this account. I think he was booted just before Ephialtes left, which was around the dawn of 2014. Pretty sure Kalphiter occasionally turns up in game though.
