"iOS 9 is full of enhancements you’ll appreciate every day. Your apps become more essential. New multitasking features on iPad make you even more productive. Siri can do more than ever, and new proactive suggestions help you get things done before you ask. And improvements at the foundation of the operating system enhance performance, battery life, and security. The more you do with iOS 9, the more you’ll wonder how you ever did without it."

"More than ever, Mac is the computer people love to use. And one of the biggest reasons is OS X. It’s what makes a Mac a Mac. With OS X, it’s simple to do amazing things and delightful to do all the everyday things. OS X El Capitan builds on the groundbreaking features and beautiful design introduced in OS X Yosemite, refining the experience and improving performance in lots of little ways that make a big difference. OS X El Capitan — it takes the Mac experience to new heights."

"We are profoundly passionate about music. It’s a force that’s driven and inspired us from day one. So we’ve set out to make it better. To bring you more music than ever with access to millions of songs. To give you personal recommendations from people who know and love music. To deepen the connection between artists and fans. To reimagine radio with a 24/7, global station.
This is Apple Music. And it’s just the beginning."

It seems iOS 9 and OS X El Capitan doesn't have much new features, but still got some useful ones.
Swift 2 was also revealed along with the announcement of Apple Pay in the UK.
I think their new streaming platform looks promising, let's see how it will be the rival of Spotify

Discuss! (and fight... I guess..)

Meanwhile thousands of ios users have to deal with "effective power" and no patch in sight.

The only ios device I still have is my ipod, but its jailbroken so I don't think I'm upgrading any time soon.

OS X El Capitan though, that name is just badass.

Edit: Surprised the iPhone 4S is still supported.

I see their really using their patent sharing agreement with Microsoft, Multi Task view, Location Remainders for Siri, and still no App Block that make the app icons show live info.

I'm actually really excited for Apple Music. I'm a Spotify Premium user and I'm somewhat unhappy with the service at the moment, so if Apple can deliver something far better, I'm definitely switching over.

its either in a hotfix or ios9, just because they dont mention it doesnt mean they arent working on a fix

The funny thing is that as soon as the move to ios app is published, its going to be bashed and given 1 star reviews just like the move to windows app, and every other transfer app.

Yep, but sadly google doesn't really do anything to fix reviews on apps that just get bashed to oblivion.

They can't even fix malware apps, so don't even count on filtering comments.

Will El Capitan have less bugs than Yosemite?

I'm excited for all of this (the watchOS 2 not as much because I don't have an Apple Watch) because I have an iPhone 6, MacBook Air, and I need a better solution than Spotify.

edit: oh also when is fall i forgot

edit2: i signed up for the ios9 beta, cant wait for them to send an email sometime soon! :)

It seems to be an update with small features but mostly focused on fixes

I actually brought my iPad to the Apple store around a week after I updated it to 8 because of all the forgetin bugs.

..or you could use something like Spotify or Tidal.
