zealot just said his opinion why is everyone attacking him

11 days huh? gg no re(??)

zealot just said his opinion why is everyone attacking him
he called 90% of people on earth inferior to him
that's the main reason

zealot just said his opinion why is everyone attacking him
it's the fact that he said his opinion and then said that he was morally superior to everyone else because of it

Which is a by product of the evolution of hands. Hands were designed to make picking things up easier. Have you tried picking stuff up with just your mouth?
I don't think you understand why we made tools, we made tools to use. Not to stare at.

Taboo you really manage to piss me off.
Man, maybe if you like, didn't constantly contradict and make a fool of yourself or something, there wouldn't be anything for you be mad about. But yeah, I guess that's my fault, isn't it?

Because it does lol. There is a definite hierarchy in living things, and trying to say that animals aren't below humans is incredibly stupid and simpleminded. This is pretty much as close to objective as an opinion can be.
in the hierarchy of the environment ya obv, that's the natural order and it makes sense for people to follow it. it also makes sense for people, as highly intelligent human beings that are capable, to develop moral codes that might alter how they view that natural order

more to the point: something being a product of natural order doesn't make it objectively more or less moral, and moreover, no morality is inherently superior.

edit: to be more precise, calling someone an idiot implies that they're somehow inferior, not to mention dismissive if it's because of a subjective belief

Eating meat might be a natural thing, but I don't think anything about a contemporary lifestyle is really "Natural"

I eat meat because I like eating meat, not because I have to eat meat.

it also makes sense for people, as highly intelligent human beings that are capable, to develop moral codes that might alter how they view that natural order
Changing how one views an objective long established system is stupid.

"Morality" should not affect one's nutritional habits, nor any other acts that comprise basic human life.

The huble space telescope?

Changing how one views an objective long established system is stupid.
is this a statement on trying to change people's world views, or a demonstration of a conservative standpoint? if it's the former, fair enough, people should respect other people's views. if it's the latter, i would disagree

i slightly doubt this is the main gripe, but supplements are widely available to address that if a person so desires. nothing wrong with giving up a bit of money and convenience for what someone perceives to be a greater cause.

It's fine and all to want to be a part of what you think is a greater cause, but when you start saying you're better than everyone else because you're a part of that "greater cause", that's when it becomes a problem
