Addon List is not Organized

One of my Linux Machines that my brother uses to play BL has a issue where the addon list is horrendously Unorganized.

Things I have tried : Default addons only - same effect, sorting folder - same effect

I even tried using Support_FixAddonSorting by pecon, but for some reason the addon does not execute.

The file format is in ex4 if that helps, I really need to get this fixed.

What do you mean the add-on doesn't execute? It's supposed to be used on dedicated servers.

You can't edit posts in help, so I couldn't update it but, it was never specified to me, I only found out after speaking with pecon, I'll just lock the thread since its kind of irrelevant now.
