Having Trouble mounting GRTB on BL

It's been a while, plus I had to reformat my drive because of some error on startup, but now I need some assistance with mounting Gothboy's modded RTB system, as I forgot what directory it goes in, and I have tried placing it in the addons folder (nothing) Placed it in the root (nothing) and extracting it to the root (nothing) and extracting to addons (nothing). Any other suggestions on what I need to do?

is it just a zipped folder?
if yes, just put it in addons
if no, then I have no idea what you're trying to use

what's the full file path of your addons folder?
it should be in your documents

The version of Blockland I am using is the Steam version, so I had to move it over to steamapps/common/Blockland/addons
