One of my teachers just got arrested

One of my teachers from last year got arrested and charged with 4 counts of loveual Battery for having love with a senior at my school
She was one of my favourites too, I cant believe this happened

I kinda agree with this. Yeah, you could argue that it's still too young, but 18 (and even lower) is the age of consent pretty much everywhere. But the law does say

So really, the teacher is still the one at fault.

18 is definitely not too young. Most guys have had love by then and are mature enough to make their own choices.

Maybe it's to prevent favortism... But still that's some ludicrous punishment for someone who had love with someone who is 18 and consenting.
