Author Topic: I leave for 'Summer Camp' in under a month (Read 1385 times)

In our school there is a thing called the 'CCF' (Combined Cadet Force), and on the 9th - 16th July we will be leaving off to the middle of a field to set up a camp and:

Get up in the middle of the night to patrol.
Clay pigeon shooting with SHOTGUNS
Firing blank, and real rounds from a L85A1 Assault Rifle

There is also a lot, that was only 1/8th of the things we will be doing there!

We have been put in platoons, and into 3 further groups in the 2 platoons

I'm really excited.

i don't want to wake up in the middle of the night so i can walk around
if i wanted to shoot some guns i would call up my brother and go to the desert

Yeah but guns aren't legal in Britain so it's more exciting!
