Music not sending over server

I'm voxi on Blockland and I'm the creator of SpeedierKart. I have been having some issues where previously-added music works and is sent, but new music I want to add after restarting the server isn't sent through. For example, I had the X-Files theme when I first made the server, and it is still sent into the other players' cache. But new music is silent to other people. I am wondering if it is a file size issue? I am unsure. Please reply if you have any ideas!

Make sure everyone's "Download Music" is enabled in Options, Network.

Does not work. It seems as if the following error is occuring:

Could not locate sound file: Add-Ons/Music/<music file here>.ogg (download failed)

this is an old bug, only known fix is to restart blockland and rejoin
