How do I make a bot invisible/transparent?

Is there a way you can make a bot invisible, or at least transparent? (Possibly through setAppearance, maybe?)

there were ways using the old bot events with hiding all of their nodes

as far as to my knowledge, you can't use the default "setAppearance" to set them to invisible colors
