Author Topic: I've FUBAR'd my sleep schedule  (Read 961 times)

I pulled an nighter yesterday night because I was tired of going to bed at 3 and wasting half of my day asleep.I fell asleep at 5am and woke up at 10 am. That's what forgeted me over. I went to bed at a reasonable time (12:30am) last night, and apparently my brain took it as a nap because of how late i slept the night before, so I woke up at 2:30. I stayed up the rest of the night hoping that by the end of the day I'll be tired enough to sleep a whole 8 hours.

i havent gone to bed yet

im getting horrible insomnia. couple days ago i tried to stay the rest of the day awake but ended up falling asleep at 7 am. I woke up at 2 pm.

I've been voicechatting with my friend on Skype for about 4 and a half hours now this night.
Haven't batted an eye yet.

it's easier to just sleep at random times
preferably when the sun is up

during approximately all of summer vacation I sleep at around 5:30 am to 3:00 pm
speaking of which I gotta sleep, 'night everyone

FUBAR'd AGAIN, I'm at my friends house and I'm not sure if i should sleep now or literally have 2 hours of sleep over the past 2 days

I think I'll fix it next week forget this all nighter stuff

the night before i slept for like 10 minutes. i went to sleep at 3:30 because i was hiding the fact that i was still up (my friend gets up for work that early)

i stayed up all night working and playing tf2, and now i cant get back on schedule. i feel ya m8

i had surgery recently and my sleep is wayyyy off. woke up at 4AM lmao.

My eyes hurt

I try to keep it from 12~2 AM to 6~7 AM
