Actually I hosted city rpg in its early development on and off a long time ago, but yeah there's a lot of city servers up these days.

I searched pretty extensively for any download links to jackhammers.  I found a 'pancor jackhammer' weapon (i.e. not what I want.) and a lego-style jackhammer that either never worked properly or was never released publicly.  I didn't see the one you have pictured there, although it looks great.  That rtb link is dead and I did not find it on daprog's mirror.  Also bushido is a huge stuff stain so I won't even bother asking him. 

In any case at least I know one is out there somewhere.  In the meantime I have already setup a large hammer-like swat tool as pictured in my other post.

Add farms that produce "raw supplies".
Then add factories that buy and turn the "raw supplies" to "freight" to be sold to stores.
The stores cannot sell freight endlessly, they each have a limited amount and must keep buying from the factories.

Suggestion: A new arrest system. Batoned criminals are forced to sit down for 5-10 seconds before being teleported to jail, giving other people an opportunity to free him at the cost of demerits.

Done!  Arresting now sits and anchors/disables criminals for 3 seconds after the latest baton strike.  And if 3 seconds pass without a baton strike, the arrest progress resets and the criminal regains mobility.

Suggestion:
Make it possible for criminals to break out of jail. It will give them a Wanted status. Also, i have a few Rules suggestions.
No jailing while paying Demerits.
No killing Labor workers Period.
Money earned from glitches will be taken away.

You have to stand within 15 bricks of your job to get paid. Not doing this often enough has you fired. The same with education.

You dont always get the job you apply for. If noone else on the server is one, you automatically get the job. If more than 4 people are it, you may be denied.

Supply pricing for drugs

in that the more drugs there are in the city rpg the lower the cost is for that kind of drug to buy from a seller (or w/e)
the less drugs in the world, the higher the cost
