YOU can't have a discussion. Everyone else is perfectly capable of debating over a topic, you're the one with the problem.

Case in point, when I pointed out that your use of ad hominem was incorrect, you decided to tell me to grow up instead of accepting that maybe you just used it incorrectly. You didn't wish to debate over what ad hominem meant, you just picked through sources you thought made you correct and threw a couple insults here and there.

Everyone else in the topic were discussing the topic of logical fallacies in a more friendly manner while you had a breakdown and left the thread. That's how you've treated every other "discussion" so far.

I had clear cut proof that I had used it correctly, and then whatever his name is just starting throwing out more insults while the rest of you continued to say my(now backed up with a source) argument over the usage of ad hominem was totally wrong.

Your source didn't actually back you up, you were misinterpreting it. I didn't mean to insult you by saying you were wrong, just that you were wrong. Using logical fallacies as a weapon is bad practice in debate and you only used it in the first place as "Hah, gotcha!" move against zombiloin because he disagreed with you on some political matter.

You couldn't admit you were wrong about something so you instead decided to personally attack anyone who disagreed with you. This is why you are unable to survive on these forums

Well yeah, I did say it made me cringe because it does make me cringe. It's very, very awkward when somebody brings up logical fallacies in an argument, especially when they get the term wrong.

Another thing we're seeing here is the "I'm driving off a cliff, but at least I'm the one driving" effect.  Where the afflicted have no idea how to get positive attention and they feel powerless and out of control when they try, but they know for sure how to get negative attention.  So they engage in negative attention seeking behavior because it gives them a predictable action->consequence chain. 

Basically, it's frontal lobe damage.  They can't make predictions about social behavior in anything other than the degenerate "I was a jerk and now people hate me" case - so that's the only thing that gives them the reward - so that's all they do.  It's reached an advanced stage in this quote where he's combined it with martyrdom so he can feel like he's helping people too - "helping" them in such a way that requires no interaction with that person, because that would be unpredictable for him.

It's too bad that you feel this way because logical fallacies are literally the only way to disprove another persons argument. If an argument has no fallacies it is, without a doubt, true.
The only thing that's cringy is when you don't give an explanation for why and just plaster "strawman!" and "ad hominem!" all across your posts.
