Author Topic: why did they make kidz bop?  (Read 1313 times)

ive been a kid and i know that no kid actually wants to hear other kids sing so why would they make that
is it for child enthusiasts? my mom is afraid if she buys kidz bop the police will come..

idk, they're like marketed at tweens, and i guess when they see them on tv they're like "mommy i wanna be just like those kids now buy me that CD!!!!"

and their parents buy it

gimmicky ads and marketing ploys work magic

because the albums drop and the kids bop

Well your mom is a dumb but otherwise idk it used to be advertised with flashing colors, smiles all around and this fun announcer voice so while you were watching sponge bob and fairly odd parents and when this would show up you'd be like "Holy stuff this looks fun."  Back in the day at least.

this

kids/parents are no less naive about things on TV than when you were a 10 year old watching Nickelodeon

same reason why anyone makes anything
because it sells and makes money

a better question would be "why do people buy kidz bop"

kidz bop: also known as "soccer mom road trip ambience"

for christians (tm)
