Something makes only Blockland tab out

So I am casually playing Blockland then suddenly BOOM! I am in a black screen and then suddenly on my desktop, something keeps causing Blockland to tab out on me, then when I try to get back into the game, it crashes, failing to get back into the game. I have no idea what would cause this...

and what happens if you manually alt tab?
if the same thing happens, it could be a background process putting up a window temporarily and it's focusing on that
could be an antivirus or windows task manager

but it also might not be the issue at all
