I have seen Late use Blhack. All I have been able to get is chat messages seeing as I got banned from the server in the process of trying to get one.

You don't need to shake it, just click anywhere in the console window to enable quickedit mode and it'll freeze the game

You can actually edit a post and not have the message pop up if you edit it fast enough
