ToastedApples was kicking people (Mostly Setro) because Setro was arguing with him about something stupid. He kicked himself to avoid prosecution and in the very end he was banned by IceFreeze

You randomly orbed into the death team for no reason, then wrenched the floor and told a user to click it. You specified that if they did not click it, they would be kicked.

If you fixed it, why would you tell him to click it?

You can decide after I quote Toasted's thread about Stereo getting him banned:

I was there, you were forcing Spongebob to do what you wanted and if he didn't you kicked him.
THEN you kicked Setro.

Don't support this, I was there and he WAS being a huge Badmin.
