no idea, but I personally haven't had issues with the filesize itself when I upload gifs.

Alright. Cus the forum keeps complaining how my file size is too large. It must be the avatar dimensions. I have it set to 74x74

Whenever it does this to me I make my image larger. If it's a gif then try removing any optimizations.

Since i had modified it in Photoshop that might be the problem. From what i know PS tacks on a bunch of upgrades to gifs when i save them.
