I was in a game,
This guy was trolling around n' stuff,
He said he was using an addon named "Client_Trolling"
I was wondering, is it on the forums?
Or is it somewhere else, because the addon is so cool.

first off, ambiguous title
second of all, asking for an add on that can and will get your key revoked by downloading and using is beyond handicapped
and last of all, this sounds like you want to ruin servers for other players, i'm assuming you're a troll

How about you not go hounding for a ban while stroking your e-rection, he is clearly new around these parts and is poorly informed. What is important is that he tells us who the person is so we can deal with the actual problem.

sorry for how hostile i reacted, i really didn't mean to come out as a complete richard

op: don't ask for hacks, it can get you banned
also, you might want to look at "help" and the forum rules thread if you are unfamiliar how the forum works
this too, you should message who and what this person did to a moderator
