I've heard that he's actually one of the most interesting and nice people to know, like the kind of person you wanna sit down with and have a beer with, talking for hours on end.
As far as a president, so-so, but I can't credit all the nation's problems to him. There are some pretty rotten things rooted to deeply to go as far as to call him a bad president. He did his job, pushed for his party (as one would expect to happen), and is now on his way out.
