Seamonkey works
After a quick google, SeaMonkey seems to be an all-in-one application suite (read: a slow clusterforget of IRC clients, address books and other unnecessary bloat).  I don't need this much stuff running all at once, so no.

what lol

Try a pre-webkit version of Opera; IIRC the last one to use their own engine was 12.17. You can also try Pale Moon which is Firefox 24 with some bloat removed.

Yeah Midori always ran like stuff for me when I tried it

ive heard that opera is really lightweight

firefox runs okay for me on my stuffty winxp laptop. chrome just outright refuses to load pages most the time but firefox is okay.

This surprises me a lot because it was the only browser that crap laptop could even think of opening. Maybe the windows port is garbage, I was running it on Linux to try to squeeze every ounce of performance out of it.
